Mark siebenaler 86 #1 Posted November 1 Standard bore on this k321 is 3.500 my measurements at bottom of sleeve and almost half way up are 3.500 My worst measurements are 3.506 Near cylinder top.. specs indicate max .003 wear limits Costs are alot to have it bored out To ten over . squonk 41,010 #2 Posted November 1 Look at the top of the piston edge that will line up with the exhaust valve. The edge of the piston looks eroded away. I bet it looks like this: What are you using to measure? You say cost of boring it out is too high? You can spend the money to do it right or flush your money down the toilet. It's up to you.
