Briggs Magnetron Engine identification

This engine is scattered amongst a bunch Wheel Horse implements at an online Auction I'm watching.  Did this possibly belong on an old tractor, or is it something else, like a tiller or snowblower or something?

I’m guessing it was on a tiller. It has 2 shafts/pulleys which tillers usually use for tine drive and wheel drive

Also could be a snowblower. Older snowblowers had 2 output shafts like this

The pulley on the cam shaft turn to the right and is used for reverse on some smaller Troy-Bilt tillers.

With the cover over the carburetor It's off a snowblower.
