Nice. Nothing wrong with an old tractor that looks like an old tractor IMO

Find a K91 for it while you're going through all the mechanical stuff and trans.

The tins and starter rope cone, along with the angled cylinder, reminds me of the engines on some Reo lawnmowers.

That Continental engine is near and fits in there properly. 

While I like them original and correct parts, I would be tempted to see if the engine will run  and if so keep it.

Rub it down with some boiled linseed oil and it will look like it does when it's wet and stay that way. Some like to clear coat, I prefer to use the linseed oil. Good luck with it.

Motor looks just like an old 6s Briggs motor I have.  It does not sit that way though.  Very nice rusty gold there!
