JCD 59 #1 Posted October 9 My clutch disc assembly is showing up today from K and B so I go to start taking things apart and noticed I don't have the small friction plate that rides on the edge of the disc, the bracket is there as well as the bolts and washers and nuts but no piece that rides on the rim. Is it dangerous to run it without that piece, I read that it is a safety feature or is it ok just to let the pto wind down. Thanks, Jim Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

cleat 5,905 #8 Posted October 11 Mine are all removed as well. I don't care if the pulley spins with nothing attached and if there is a deck, snowblower etc attached it stops anyways.
