Rick Ferrucci 17 #1 Posted October 2 Hello Everybody, I would like to replace the flywheel debris screen on my GT14. Here's some of the problems I'm running into. The part # 47-755-22-S is no longer available. I've checked eBay, Isavetractors, and Kohler engines, only to get the same answer. So some of the parts available on eBay look almost exactly the same, part# 25-162-01-S but I can't tell by a picture. My screen is exactly 8.5" wide, but sellers haven't told me how wide their screen is. Also, the screen I have is plastic, I would prefer to have one made of metal. My engine is a K321S, 14hp, 8 1/2" across the screen, four bolts to the flywheel. Does anyone else with maybe a newer engine or even a different displacement, have a screen somewhat similar? Is there a cross-reference for parts like this? Thanks for your response. Rick

I'll see what the measurements are there.

The plastic screen you have is NOT correct for your GT-14 but if it works then stick with it.

kpinnc 12,017 #7 Posted October 4 They aren’t cheap, but can usually be found on eBay. Just search “Kohler screen”. The 10-16 (K241, 301, 321, and 341) horsepower screens are all the same size.

Rick Ferrucci 17 #16 Posted October 11 This past weekend, I went to the Zagray Farm Museum, Fall Show, in Colchester Ct. The show is getting bigger every year. In the vendors show, I saw a lot of used flywheel screens in person. Screens that I saw a picture of online, (and hoped they'd work for my engine) I saw there was no way they'd fit. If you like to see antique tractors, antique engines, antique construction equipment. (and don't mind a lot of walking) You might like the show.
