857 wont tuen over

Hey Guys, My battery shows 12V on the multimeter but wont turn over. Where should I begin. Thanks to all!

Load test the battery.  12.0 volts is only 25% charged   12.6 full charge.

 After verifying the battery is good and fully charged, See how much the voltage drops with the key in the crank position. if it drops more than a couple of volts start looking for a bad or dirty battery cable. also make sure the ground connection at the engine block is clean too. it takes around 65 amps to crank a little 8 horse with a starter /gen

:no:

Take it to an auto parts store to have it checked.
