This looks like parts of a WH setup from Brinley that had a single frame configurable for a soil plow (with an optional coulter), or a crossbar with clamps to hold cultivator tines, or a frame holding an eight-disk harrow. Attaches using a sleeve hitch.

I see the red main frame, soil plow, the cultivator cross bar (at far right with flange for attaching to the main frame), and the harrow frame (under the other parts with the slotted holes). Missing: soil plow depth adjustor, harrow discs, cultivator teeth, coulter.

Here’s an image of a complete set:

That engine mounted on the rear hitch looks like it might be a hone brew.  Would be interesting to know what it powered.

@Handy Don @gwest_ca, sorry for the confusion.  As @8ntruck pointed out, there seems to be a big belt drive PTO mounted on the draw bar.  I’m interested in knowing more about that.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Looks to me like an engine and leaf vac blower hanging on the back of the tractor :)

A pretty convincing DORK.  You had me curious wondering what that flat belt powers.  :confusion-seeingstars:

Yes it’s the motor/blower part for the trac vac system I cobbled together.  I have no other parts for the plow.  But what’s there looks barely used.
