Recommended Posts

Hello.  Can someone tell me what year Toro started using the hard plastic floorboard covers instead of the rubber stick on type?  Thanks!

It appears that 1997 was the first year for the rubber foot rest pads. It could have been a mid year change in 1996 but this is not supported by the Illustrated Parts Lists.  The Right side is part # 3710 and the Left is # 3712

My 1989 520-H had had the flat ribbed rubbed mats. It was so rusted under them, and one had the piece up on fender missing I tossed them.

Keep in mind, the metal running board is also different between the two styles of pads also ( the shape of them , plus the the holes for the pins)
