I still see the black as the most logical. But that medium gray. I gotta admit in the pics above that's my choice.
stevasaurus 22,713 #28 Posted August 10 I'm kind of liking the grey...it looks mean. See what Maroon or Burgandy looks like Sparky??

Sparky-(Admin) 21,314 #30 Posted August 10 Forgot that I had some factory gray wheels on my tire stack. No idea what they were on previously. Kind of a close match even. Not a fan
c-series don 8,687 #31 Posted August 10 I know you said not to, but if you ask me for a Work Horse I think white is right! 4 3
stevasaurus 22,713 #32 Posted August 10 Is that a gloss white Don?? That does look good.

I’m just not a fan of white wheels on anything (no offense). I think I’m going with gloss black. Almost went with a red but I don’t think I’ll still like the look a year or so from now and I really don’t wanna be painting these again in 18 months. Black I think I could live with for a loooong time!

stevasaurus 22,713 #36 Posted August 10 I showed this thread to my wife (she has impecable taste) ...she says NOOOOOO on the black, but thinks an ARMY green would look good. She did like the darker gray though. Go back to Paint and check things out. You did ask for ideas. 1 1

I don’t know Steve…maybe if the black grill part was green I could do it.

stevasaurus 22,713 #41 Posted August 10 Sparky, you do know you can only see one side at a time. That increases the options by 2. I'll tell you what, it is very nice that you could experiment in paint. Excellent !!
Sodaking27 777 #42 Posted August 11 I like the look of the white wheels on a WorkHorse. My second favorite would be the gray with black wheel weights. My WorkHorse rims. 3
c-series don 8,687 #43 Posted August 11 @stevasaurus Yes it’s gloss white, looks good in the picture but I would prefer if the wheels were actually glossier. I should have clear coated them. Maybe this winter I’ll tackle that! 1
kpinnc 11,992 #44 Posted August 11 (edited) Dark grey.... Just enough contrast to look sweet with the black weights. Edited August 11 by kpinnc
Sparky-(Admin) 21,314 #45 Posted August 11 So nobody suggested black…so I went with black . I like it and it’s a color that I will be able to live with for years and not feel I want to change it after a couple seasons. Inside weights are now black as well. 7

I know! 4 wheels. 4 different colors or at least one side one color and the other side a different one. @Sparky That way you won't have to buy 3 tractors at the show. Just drive it around in a figure 8 and folks will think you're a big spender and just bought 2 Workhorses! 1
