what I have:K-482 or 582?

Hi,

The 1973 auto-18 I'm working on normally shoud have a K-482S engine of 18HP.

The motor identification sticker found on the side air baffle confirms this.But to my surprise ,today while working on the motor,I saw well into the casting right on top of the engine K582....now I wonder what really is the motor I have!

Were the 482 and 582 sharing the same bock and had different heads to make the difference?

Any other marking I could look for to know wich motor the tractor has?
