Somewhere I have a note pad with my dad's maint records for my truck, from back when it was his, going all the way back to November of 88. 2

Hy Steve I still like that 64. Cool ride. Your dad did good work on that tractor. I am sure it was hard to let that one go! 3 1

stevasaurus 22,739 #34 Posted July 26 What a great picture Kevin and what a great tribute thread to an Old Horse going to a New Home. Yes, it was a real tuff decisioon to have to let it go. When my Sister passed away in March, her daughter had to sell the house there. I needed to find new storage for 2 of my 5 horses and also for my 16 foot boat. Keeping the boat meant losing some horses and accessories. RacinBob and Pullstart were nice enough to help me out. I'm OK...I still have my Dad's 857, my 876 hydro and the 2010 B-100 Raffle Tractor, mower decks for the Short Frame Square Hoods and Sno-blades for all 3 horses. My collection is now manageable and turning 75 years old this year is a good place to be. 5 2

Pullstart 62,873 #38 Posted July 28 Here’s one that’ll make a man smile @stevasaurus! We made it home safe from Symco today and drove straight to Grandma’s (95) and Grandpa’s (85) birthday party. Mrs. P’s cousin had her son Gordon there. Well he heard I have tractors with me and couldn’t leave without a ride. 2 3
stevasaurus 22,739 #39 Posted July 28 (edited) I see you took the deck off ?? How is the horse running for you. I'm thinking you wouldn't let the little guy run it if it was acting up. The steering is a little sloppy...but fixable. How was the show? I was wondering when you were getting home. How about a phone call after the dust settles.?? Did you guys take any pictures of the festivities ?? Edited July 28 by stevasaurus

How about a phone call after the dust settles.?? Did you guys take any pictures of the festivities ?? We mowed the front patio at Symco, then took the deck off for the show. I contemplated putting the grader on, but we chose to remove the HY belt because of that little leak. It’s running great, and we found a couple loose things in the steering that helped tighten it up a bit. We are relaxing at home for the night, give me a holler some time tomorrow morning and we can catch up

Pullstart 62,873 #49 Posted August 3 I had some spare automatic transmission fluid out of the jug, from soaking auto transmission clutches. I pressure washed the underside of the deck, let it dry in the sun, then soaked it good, and let it bake into the deck for the day. 4
