I don't know if that has been published anywhere.  Just use a torque chart like this one.

I can not find a torque value anywhere.

The 1978-79 service manual

The 1986 Section 18

or the manuals for the pto when it was an option up to 1972.

Whizlock bolt 1/4-20 x 1/2"

Wrong

I think a Whizlock bolt may be one that came with a thread locker applied to the threads.

A whizlock bolt or nut is one that has a serrated washer below the hex and part of it.

I think the bolt with attached lock washer below the head is a Sems fastner

Esloc I think is the bolt with the sticky stuff

https://www.almabolt.com/pages/catalog/bolts/tighteningtorque.htm

1/4 x 20 x .250 ( 1/4 in ) is 8 ft.lbs according to the chart in the link. ( grade 5 ) I don't think a 1/2 in would be that much different.
