953 nut 54,156 #1 Posted July 12 I am setting up the hardware department of my church's Bazaar, annual big yard sale. Got a couple of things that I can't ID, perhaps some of you will know. First one has a heavy duty hook on one end and has a place to hammer on to pull on something? The second mystery is a pair of tools (left hand and fright hand) that are offset with a curve like they will be used to go around a pipe or log? The thing looks like you hold it by the handle and hammer down on the worn pad to exert a downward force on the hooked end. Just a total guess but based on the way it looks to function, is it a tool for closing barrel lids? Hook it Over the barrel side, tap the anvil and pull the lid down?
