Technically speaking, yes they're probably is. But, I'm not sure it would be necessary if you're going to be using the tractor for light duty. If you thought about doing ground engagement work or pulling something heavier, I think it would be time and money better spent to replace the frame. Frames are out there. Easy enough to find. Echoing @ebinmaine here--leave it unless you plan on working that machine hard.
