Is my frame bent?

Technically speaking, yes they're probably is. But, I'm not sure it would be necessary if you're going to be using the tractor for light duty.

 

If you thought about doing ground engagement work or pulling something heavier, I think it would be time and money better spent to replace the frame. Frames are out there. Easy enough to find.

I'm not familiar with the Midwest much but we have several members out there.

Echoing @ebinmaine here--leave it unless you plan on working that machine hard. Without knowing your skill set, I’d caution that attempting to modify the frame might make it weaker and more dangerous.
