Unfortunatley, its one of the ball ends on my drag link  witch has slop. Couldn't seem to find it there.

@zlimmy  lots of related joint sites there , personally  have change every related swivel joint over to a  HEIM JOINT  years ago ,  never had a heim joint fail , might try an auto parts , for a leader . other members might  also  join in with a specific , replacement , pete   .  have found that rotational joint failure is more of  a  MOVEMENT TRANSITION POINT  , that causes the issue , also related to a polyurea  lubricant , made to stay with angular  changes .  pete

I don't have a D-series, but I'm sure I could rebuild the steering with heims joints. I used lined heims joints on all my Wheel Horses. May take a little modification but it can be done.

They are made in male and female and with or without the stud on the ball joint. I ordered them from Speedway Motors  The standard steel heims are better the the forged ball that are original.

I used lined heims joints on my 1977 C-120 in 1989 they are still tight.

These ball joints are not like what's on the c series. These are automotive style tie rod ends. If you have a Napa store near by with an old time counterman and they were smart enough to keep the old books around there is a chart in the chassis catalog to match up thread sizes ,directions stud length ect.

Starts on page 967 in there 1995 and prior chassis catalog. It can be done on the computer if they are willing to take the time.

Most of the "Old Time" Jobbers are long gone , now looking at the grass from the root side, not the green ..... Too bad the OLD stuff may not have been scanned digitally before getting chucked......

But is this the exact dimension / type ball link in picture?

I have no idea what the size is. The picture shows what needs to be measured. If I had all of the dimensions, it's possible to come up with a part number.

@ zlimmy , don,t know what your local auto parts has for chassis parts , but regularly see suspension  bushings , joints  etc at any of the local to me  spots . seen a number of 2 / 3 bolt flange type joint replacements .  do not expect to find an exact replacement , but an adaption  of a swivel point . https://www.homedepot.com/p/OE-Solutions-Rear-Right-Upper-Control-Arm-524-806/311988510?source=shoppingads&locale=en-US&srsltid=AfmBOoo4GUyubvO_GvP12Y9Kog-HOvL02drQrGJBSrAvG0MFXzXRJwMDqh4  seams easy to me , to adapt to any failure , pete

Some measurements

Large Taper .466

Small Taper .420

Taper Length  .45

Rod 1/2" NF   Left or right thread

Tip 3/8NF

Only cross over I have ever have had with my military Vehicle hobby.  The tie rod ends M274 and D200 are similar.  The right hand is the same the Left has a longer rod end.  Problem is the right side (2530-953-4877 are rarer than hens teeth.  The left side are still on E bay sometimes.  If you  have access to a machine shop you could get 2 Left side rods ((2530-953-4878)  Cut the rod down and thread the remains one left-handed thread one right...

Looks like the 269- 2116 and 2117 are the closest possibilities. Maybe they would work with some mods to the attaching part.

Now this interesting. I actually have a lathe, so set tread is possible at home. But is drag-link end left and right and the same as on tie-rod ends? Presume so, but life experience says never expect anything.. 😬
