Kelsey 91 #1 Posted June 27 Greetings, Are the rivets for the 94-6652 / 104730 PTO Brake Assembly suppose to be as deeply recessed in the brake material? Or are the top of the rivets to be 1 mm from the top of the brake material https://www.ebay.com/itm/364363155994? Thanks, Kelsey
lynnmor 7,305 #2 Posted June 27 Just like any brake lining, they are worn out when the rivets are flush.
76c12091520h 3,615 #3 Posted June 27 The brake assemblies that you referred to above are ours. The pads are thicker and the rivets are recessed that deep in order to provide longer use. Whoever's currently making the brake assemblies for Toro has changed them and the rivets are nearly flush mounted, which would make them useless after very little use ( causing them to grind into the PTO pulley). We were a long time Toro/ Wheel Horse dealer , the oem assemblies didn't come like that years ago.
