I see that they were sampling the Carolina Jungle juice again this year. Appears that sir Skunky and Randy wore matching outfits and the flip flop kid got out the house before Mrs. P could disapprove of his outfit.

Eric Van Loock one of the original members of the first Wheel Horse Show in 1999 at the South Mt. Fairgrounds in Arendtsville will be at the show today.  He drove up 15 hours from Mobile, Alabama!

He will be at my canopy some time today too.

Eric was the guy who bought the 701 I had for sale. I was very pleased it went to one of the original members! He has quite a collection. Tell him hello From Rick from Georgia.

Here is a squirrel cage blower driven by an old engine working at giving a group of vendors a breeze on a very still, very hot day!

I made sure to walk in front of it a couple of times as a “test” of its effectiveness and can report that it does the job. ;)

I'll admit, I made a few passes by that thing today. It moves some air.

Noticed that while most WH tractors were comfortable being out in the sun and heat, there are some that demand the diva shelter treatment even when it didn’t provide any shade!

The most important thing is that the seat is shaded so that you don't get burns on your butt. Seat time is no fun with blisters.
