ByMistake 2 #1 Posted June 18 Hello all, new user here. Looking for more info on this wheel horse (89-90?) i recently purchased. Specifically attachments and/or interchangeable parts that i can use. The plow on it now doesn't seem to be made for it or missing some parts. Also some hub caps would be nice, not sure where i should measure from. Thank you
Sparky-(Admin) 21,314 #2 Posted June 18 I bet you have a short frame plow, looks very close to the front wheels. I also don’t see the angling lever. How far are you from Biglersville Pa? The biggest Wheel Horse extravaganza is happening this Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Every known attachment you could ever want will be there!
ByMistake 2 #3 Posted June 18 Thank you for response. Good to know it is possible to angle it. I am about 3.5 hours away but unfortunately have plans this weekend. Is that event a yearly thing? Also is there a manual for specs, plan on servicing it. Thank you

Ed Kennell 38,128 #9 Posted June 18 Yep, like Mike said. That VEE shaped plow frame is for a short wheel base tractor. The long frame that you need will have parallel sides and be about 3" longer. You will also need the blade angle control lever. You may also need the new style axle bracket if you have the old style. Short frame on the left and long frame on the right. The rear wheels take 12 hub caps. Not sure on the fronts, some 312s had 6" and some har 8" wheels. All implements from C series, 300, 400, and 500 series tractors will fit. Mowing decks, dozer/snow plows, grader blades, snow blowers, tillers, etc.

I didn’t notice those low-elasticity models until you pointed them out! They could provide some “shocking” plowing experiences, for sure.
