yet another deck id please

05-48MS02, according to the tag.  48" about 1982.

ok i am right in my thinking then. thank you!

 now to find the lift rod from rear wheel shaft to mounting hardware

Yea thats a 48 in deck height adjustment on left side, 42 in is on the right side.

@Jayoutdoors  would also bet those spindles are noisy / rough , you will have choices on that recovery , know what's coming up , get a penetrating  oil soak going on the bottom of that , establish oil recovery first , just let it drink in the lube . if you can get the deck to spin , especially note the ROTATIONAL  COLLECTIVE PULLEY DRAG / STRAIN ,NOISE , thats the real issue . the easier freer it spins is what you want . other choice is every related bearing to that  mule drive set up , lubrication failure  / or lack thereof  , is the backbone to these decks . only insight / suggestions , hope it works out for you , pete
