Kind of a Rare one.

I pick this one up from @Darb1964 about three weeks ago. It is ruff but That’s what makes it good when you have parts. So I have two in the works now a 1057 and this 1067. I like to keep busy with these fine tractors. Looks to be some one sprayed the hood and over the decals some what. I have some GOOF Of it worked well to get some of the paint off without ruining the decals. I hope you enjoy the picks.

This is a nice machine. One thing that caught my eye is the, to me, unusual mid hitch bracket.

I had a hard time letting that old girl go but I knew I would never be able to get to doing her justice. I made a knew friend and passed on a nice old Horse that deserves saving.

The gentleman who bought that tractor new bought attachments that I was unable to find and probably were used up. I knew the gentleman my entire life and did not know he owned that tractor until after he passed and his family's sold his estate. One of the attachments was a power take off for running things like a hay elevator. I thought that Might be how it was attached.

Shouldn't there be pulleys on that? The original type of mule drive for the deck?

Citrus paint remover works well too for getting the spay paint off. It's weak compared to the solvent strippers so it will remove the spray paint but not the original paint if you don't leave it on there very long.

I'll second that. Trina has used it in the past on tractors and other things. It's easy and slow. Not super aggressive.  Might be just what you need.

That is the bracket that holds the pulley for the mule drive.  I have that same bracket on my Raider, but I lack the pulley also.  My raider has been converted over to the newer style mule drive.

You need a regular mid tach o matic and frt mule drive adapter.

I took one off my Raider 12 and mailed it to Trina for a tractor they were working on. Put a later model mid hitch on.

Excellent. Thanks Mike. 

He's got the mid hitch from the Workhorse parts tractor. We can figure out how to adapt the front hitch.

  I think all the later model frames have the big base Kohler engine mount holes. Compare the frames you may be able to used the Work Horse frame.

  There is a second bar on the Work Horse frame you would have to saw off to used the existing parts.

You are right John. It did not come with it. It will never have a deck on it as long as I own it.

Works great to remove the oxidation from old tires well.  Never left it very long.  Works wonderful on paint

One application of citristrip.  Lunch, garden hose.  I'll leave longer and use the electric power washer to clean so I don't destroy stuff with the gasser washer

@Treepep thanks for the info. Do you use the power washer of just garden hose to remove paint.

Just the garden hose with a fan tip for liquid fert application.  works great.  I will soak all and blast with the electric washer later when I decide what the heck I am doing.
