Sure looks like a 1961. 551. 551 Hood with push pull choke and throttle, round circle switch. Tecky engine with the white plastic box for the diodes. Correctv1961 belt guard with the “+” rib in it. Tires were shot on mine. They disintegrated when I tried to break the beads. Had to cut the bead wires with a Dremel to get them off. Por-15'd the inside of the wheels.
