Google "Toro 106948" and see if that is what.

@ANTPER  OPPORTUNITY , is the word here , while you are right there , notice the sloppy PTO LEVER SET UP ? get some washers and teflon / plastic  washers , and firm up that  starting point , also like silicone grease for a lube , as shown / suggested , you are right there , notice elastic lock nut ? that goes on a 2 bolt flange bearing , improvement , gold mine of issues . also add another  engine ground  , from battery ground to engine  ground , better charging . easy stuff , pete

Yes as a matter of fact the PTO handle is rather sloppy with extra play. Great tip thanks much!

@ANTPER  as you add to the side lever pull washer  set up use a silicone base lubricate , as you stack them up , also note the outside lever snap on clip to dash side snug fit ,that entire lever can be improved , so its smooth , solid strong , that HEIM joint is simply a die nut over thread  original was 3/8 x 16 , went to a 3/8 x 24 , right over original threading , penetrating oil  to assist cutting / cleaning , went after  every original  intent , and improved it . thats been the basis of change on almost every area , detail it in , improve grease grade , snug things up , it just works better . that simple battery tender , plug in leader , is always there for quick access , the battery ground cable to engine  enhances the  engine tin electrical issue . better headlight grounding , make sense ? anything  else just ask , pete
