C-100, Need Starter Brushes

I have a 1974 C-100 . The Starter is an "American Bosch" model SMA 12A11 which needs a set (2) of new brushes. Ive searched Amazon, Ebay and the web without success. Hoping someone can suggest a source. Many Thanks

Thanks but the kit pictured in the link isn't the correct one (ask me how I know).  I have a two brush starter and the braided wire attached at the end, not side of the brush

I don't know what starter you have, just used that listing as a reference. Give them a call, they probably have what you need.

Don - do you have a Starter / Generator / Alternator Rebuilding facility near you?? They may have exactly what you need....

Unfortunately, no longer but I am going to expand my search area and hopefully find one.....

You could also try DB Electric. I have bought brush, bushing kits from them.  If your starter has enough use that the brushes are worn out, I would suggest you check the front bushing for wear. They are prone to wear as they take all the side loading

Not anymore ... our guy moved to Timbukto..Sounds like he already covered our usual haunts. Maybe Pat's small engine plus? Lately he's been boning me too tho. 

I would think they should be easy to find. 

Try Googling Bosch brushes sma 12a11 being keywords.

I saw a set on ebay that looked like them and turns out I was right. FYI part #s for reference are
