I'm not familiar with the D series very well but according to that IPL Garry posted for the tractor, those rod ends are threaded into the tube and are adjustable. You just can buy new joints. Toe-in is adjusted just like a car by lengthening or shortening the tie rod assemblies, as pointed out above.
