I find around here they're the closest overall. Makes sense considering all the other weather sources use the NWS as a main indicator. Your camp has 12+ potential. Maybe no sleet for you? We should be good to go here. Plenty of wood. Water for coffee. A tractor to work on in the basement workshop.

Pullstart 62,834 #9 Posted March 23 We were forecasted with a 3-6” dropping. The 3” stuck, the additional 3” melted as it fell. Not terrible!

ebinmaine 67,422 #13 Posted March 23 @WHX?? Nice correction! I gotta get a couple others run through then I'll tackle yours. As of this morning the NWS lists less snow potential but I don't believe it. About 3"+ out now and it's supposed to snow all day... From 5:30 to 6:45 there was a strong additional inch. I wouldn't be opposed to seeing a LOT less snow but the last few years my body doesn't tolerate the heat. Temps about 82⁰ - 84⁰ and up I just can't move well at all. Humidity is a serious part of that so a dry climate would be better.
pfrederi 17,725 #18 Posted March 23 Your predicted snowfall is more than we have had this year total. Have not used the snowblower WH for two years now...
ebinmaine 67,422 #19 Posted March 23 I just measured the accumulation on the side deck. We have 5¼" on a forecast of 6-12 or more... depending what channel is watched. Considering it's gonna snow until after dark I'd say we'll be leaning on the higher side. I got a Single Stage Tall Chute snowblower last fall. No intention of using it this year though. 6wheeler 603 #20 Posted March 23 I feel your pain. Very little snow here in the "Not so frozen" North this year. Little bits here and there. Never even got the plow out. But. Now? That is about to change. Yesterday, we had about 5" of snow. Most of it melted. Now between Sunday to Tuesday? 12" to 18" inches or more. Depending on if it gets warm enough to make it rain instead. I thought it was "In like a Lion. Out like a Lamb". Who turned the old saying around ....
