bearings for rj transmissions and lift lever for 57

I have a couple older horses, my first tractor purchase ever, what I think is a 58 rj and a 60 suburban.

both apart. Both transmissions apart but all there with a extra. the 1 i think is a 58 only has a very short "notch " for the lift lever, not even a half moon. the 60,a full half moon notch system. I have had this stuff bundled together on a pallet for a fellow that was looking to buy it all but that has been a while.long enough that i am starting to think i may not should get rid of my first ever wheel horse or tractor a second time.

What I am looking to find out is ,is there a list of bearings for the transmissions  so I could just sit down and order them? it would save a lot of measuring and guessing. Also I am looking at possiablly doing 3 transmissions at the same time, so i would be getting all the bearings at the same time and doing each step on each 1 , that way all of them will be done and the rest of the tractors are a breeze to do after the trans is out of the way. also, how hard would it be to find a lift lever for the 58? I may have it and just didn't locate it when I was looking up all this stuff. I am also looking at getting a 3rd 1 that is complete but very rusted and the trans is stuck. it is factory electric start, Can't remember ,I think it is a 60.

Also, the first photo is the front of the hood of what I think is the 58, and the frame, which holes are the factory holes? When I got this machine in 1990 it had a 7hp briggs and on it and would flip over on top of you at the drop of a hat.

One source for partial or complete kits for 5003 & 5010 transmissions.

https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com/product-category/manual-transmissions/

You could also look in the manuals section to find the manual for your tractors. Then cross reference the part numbers to find a common bearing number.

Best thing to do is download the RJ-58 Manual and read up on the transmission manual that Achto (Dan) posted!

Plus the tutorial “ So you want to Rebuild Your Three Speed Transmission “. Our your best bets for learning how to redo your transmissions.
