Of course getting on the road to Gettysburg and then the Show is a good reason! No, I have about 25 years to go. This time of year, between work and home I am working outside for anywhere between 12 and 16 hours.

Handy Don 12,216 #487 Posted June 19 I had to make lists (not shared here ) to keep the transport straight. Some of them are “Going to the BS”, “Coming home from the BS”, and a separate, “Shopping at the BS”. I did make a strategic decision NOT to bring the roof-top bars for the car. This will probably, but not certainly, inhibit a purchase that won’t fit on the trailer or in the car. Even my wife asked, “But aren’t you leaving one tractor at the show? So you’ll have plenty of room on the trailer!” Sometimes I’m still amazed that such a smart woman was willing to marry me and stick around for 50 years (as of last week). 7

ebinmaine 67,455 #489 Posted June 19 About the only other thing(s) I'd like to find is/are some usable AG tires for 12" rims 8.5, 9.5, or 10.5 wide. The main issue for me is PHYSICAL DIAMETER of the tire being 22" or more. Note I wrote usable. New is fine if the price is low. But well-used is also perfectly aacceptable as long as they're NOT weather cracked.

19richie66 17,500 #493 Posted June 26 (edited) Just wanted to say thank you to those who bought parts from me & some of the things I made. I appreciate it and I’m trying to come up with more stuff to make and bring with me next year. Any suggestions / criticisms are welcome. Thanks again. 953 nut 55,198 #494 Posted July 2 Got together with @Sailman for pleasant lunch and a little horse talk today. I gave him the steering wheel from Kevin @Pullstart and the hood from Randy @rjg854 as well as the belt guard I scored at the Big Show for him. Rick was a pleasure to get to know, hope he will make the show next year. 2
