Macgyver 90 #1 Posted February 24 As of today February 23 2024 I'm the proud owner of a C595. It's a 1984 complete with a 3 point hitch and a pto. Took some work and determination but it's sweet and well worth the effort. 8
Pullstart 62,835 #2 Posted February 24 I’m not the best at pointing out what is original and what’s not… is this different from a C-195?

953 nut 55,190 #6 Posted February 24 Not too many Super C tractors around. Looks like a nice one.
WHX?? 48,814 #7 Posted February 24 (edited) Looks an awful lot like the '84 I had. It had a KT19 in in that was somewhat of a smoker. Buyer put a P220 in it and brought it to Portage Show. Is a beast. Don't remember the swept axle tho. Had a beast of a tiller with it too. A niece having fun on it @Pullstart Edited February 24 by WHX??
Ed Kennell 38,141 #8 Posted February 24 C-595 or C-525 ? Either way, it's a beast.
Macgyver 90 #9 Posted February 24 Yes WHX that is the tractor i bought from you last year.first thing I did was replaced the tired old Kohler with a fresh built P220 Onan basic bolt in swap. Then I got familiar with the Super C what a great tractor. This coming from a 520H x3. After full service on everything else including tires I decided that the front end was loose and bearings are almost non existent. The next step was the full swap out of the gear reduction forward swept axel with timken bearings. Only have one more project to undertake that will be a new mule drive. It needs larger pulleys to clear the front axle.
WHX?? 48,814 #10 Posted February 25 You did a bang up job fer sure. Bet she drives like a Caddy with that front end although when the tiller was lifted she got real light in front! I had a pipe dream of rebuilding the KT but luckily came to my senses. Predator or Honda repo came to mind but then a nice C-121 with a tiller came home to roost and no need for two tiller tractors. Like all the tractors that came thru here wished I wouldn't have sold it but glad to see it went to a good home.
