Proper decal placement

Recommended Posts

Can anyone please tell me or preferably post a picture of the proper decal placement of the shift pattern decal and hi-low range decal for a 418-8? I believe it should be the same on a 417-8. Thanks

@c-series don

If you download the top file & scroll down there's a picture of the controlls & sticker placement.

Looks like you'll have to copy & paste the link, or just search 418-8 in the manuals, that's what I did, for some reason it's not automatically imbedding the link.:scratchead:

Here you go Don. 1986  417-8 best I can do. When I did the 420-LSE console over last Summer I also did the shift console only on the 417 -8 and the 418-A while I was at it. If you ever get a chance to attend the M & G bring up your 420 and I can do a custom botched up hole on your console like my 420 had when I bought it.  :thumbs: Take Care Buddy.       PS   This tractor was bought from one of my customers who bought it brand new. I made a diagram of the measurements  to put the new ones back on as built.

@JCM I have two separate decals and was thinking of placing them like that in the picture. While looking for something else I found these pictures in the brochure. Also if I bring my LSE to your meet and greet will you supply the hole saw to drill a hole in the dashboard or should I bring my own?🤣🤣🤣

I don't think we will need a hole saw @c-series don if you look close on the upper steering console in the picture the hole doesn't appear to be round on the 420 ? Custom hole  :confusion-confused:
