Beap52 809 #1 Posted February 4 Out in the shop today I found this tool. I think I know what it was used for. Shuckin' corn. I've never used one or even seen one before and it's not used in the way I had imagined. I found video of a fellow using one but his was a homemade wooden one where as this one is likely store bought. The very tip is broken off and I assume it would have been sharper. Beap52 809 #5 Posted February 4 This tool that I have has a leather strap that slides over my middle two fingers and holds it like I saw in a video of a fellow shucking corn. I guess I'm not sure what it is. To answer ebinmaine's question about seeing it in action, it's too big to replace the tooth pick I lost from my Swiss Army knife, too little to split fire wood.
