Snow Fence

Recommended Posts

After almost 20 years my 50ft rolls of wood snow fence are done & need to be replaced.

I’m thinking of not going with the wood & getting the plastic fence.

Anyone here have experience with how the plastic snow fence performs & hoods up?

I Don't know what the fence has to go through, but I mostly see them used in construction for short periods of time.

It will not rot but could discolour and the plastic might get brittle over time.

I never used it for snow fence, but I have 20 year old plastic construction fence that I use to rabbit proof my garden.    It is still flexable as I roll it up every year.

Yep, that's what I was thinking, it could get brittle over time.

WHX??

I would guess the sun uv would kill them. Also don't see the DOTs using plastic. Least not around here.
