Can you get the pictures posted? Can you verify that the lift cylinder is actually extending and the rock shaft is rotating? wallfish 17,023 #12 Posted January 21 Shims, spacers or whatever you want to call them. 3/4" ID washers or locking shaft collars will work. I see a hydraulic lift cylinder so you don't need that lift assist spring if you want to remove it. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Yeah, I tried to get an answer to that before John. It's clear from his picture that the snow blower push rod is too short and needs some spacers, but I never saw enough info to determine why the plow will not lift. Think the rod is all the way into the cylinder Ed The cleaner SS rod would show when it's extended out. It sure does look like it's quite damp with oil though.
