Hour Meter?

i bought this tractor with 599 "hours".

 

i used this for 1 hour, it may have idled prior for 15 minutes. 

 

It shows 24 additional hours ? 

 

Any comments to what can be the problem.

Ha!...I sure did..lol I changed the headlights and was showing off to my wife. Forgot to shut off key

Chances are, half the hours on it are from the same thing LOL. I think they should've put the power switch in under the seat, wired to only work with the key on!

My Wife said the same thing, she said it probably has 200 hours on the Motor.:techie-hourglass:

My Deere 420 had 626hrs when i got it, then it had 82x hours, big car battery took a while to die apparently...
