Beap52 809 #1 Posted January 3 Ok Wheelhorse Wizards! I found this in my shop this afternoon. I figure some of you will know immediately what it's purpose is but I had to google it. It shows wear from being carried. The clues found in the third picture solved the puzzle for me. Happy New Tax Year!
formariz 11,987 #2 Posted January 3 It’s an old match case or container. 5
Pullstart 62,834 #3 Posted January 3 I was thinking something for keeping a piece of char for fire starting, or something for black powder reloading. I might have one of those in my black powder pouch, come to think of it.

Beap52 809 #13 Posted January 3 You all did good! From what I found on ebay, it's a match holder. It took me a bit to figure that it unscrews and opens up. The video clip of driving a nail with a Crescent wrench reminds me that one of my wore-out wrenches requires a sharp rap on the lower jaw to jar the knurl so adjustment can be made.
