ClassicTractorProfessor 5,314 #1 Posted December 18, 2023 We had our family Christmas Saturday evening. It was good to have the whole family together, especially for my niece’s first Christmas. Lots of fun, games, and good food. My little sisters have always had an interest in Scottish Highland cattle, and since my girlfriend raises Highlands we decided to take them to the farm for a Christmas photo shoot with some of the cows and a couple of my old Farmalls, much to the dismay of my die hard John Deere brother in law I think they turned out great, only bad part is now Courtney has the idea that we need to bring more people out for shoots with the cows 8 3 2

davem1111 2,030 #6 Posted December 18, 2023 Excellent! Some of those are "December Calendar picture" material, in my opinion. I also have to say this about the cows: My wife and I love the Great British Bake-Off show on Netflix, and in the recent season there was a Scottish woman in the group. When they were making a "themed" cake, she made it like the face of a Scottish Highland cow. The best part though, was hearing her pronounce it "Coo". 1

953 nut 55,184 #8 Posted December 19, 2023 Great pictures, thanks for sharing them. When I first glanced at the photo below seeing the tree branches above the cows head I thought I was looking at the biggest buck I have ever seen. 3

Yes they are…every one of them out there except for the bull and this years calf crop have made their way around the country on the show circuit, so they are very used to being handled. 1
