There is a very clear picture in this Charger 12 Manual showing the Parking Brake Handle that regulates the parking prawl in the transmission. If your tractor is a 1969 Charger 12, and has the original transmission, it should be a Sundstrand 20-9046. Go to the manuals section and search for your tractor and your transmission. There are also many post with links to post that will help you to troubleshoot problems in your transmission. I would only suggest you check all the external items before opening the transmission. i.e. be sure the nylon slide block is actually operating the control valve properly. check the pressure relief springs and cones. 1 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
