Cjwv1975 64 #1 Posted November 18, 2023 Finished rewiring my 76 B100 and putting new solenoid, coil, points, switch, ammeter and battery in. I dont even get a click from solenoid now. Had to leave it for awhile so didnt really try to problem solve it. Used wiring diagram from here and I do have a multimeter. Just looking for suggestions while am away from it. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,072 #2 Posted November 18, 2023 Do you have the power lead to the ignition switch connected to the wrong side of the solenoid? It should be connected to one end of the (+) battery cable.

Cjwv1975 64 #5 Posted November 19, 2023 Figured it out the positive battery cable was corroded cleaned it up and it turns over but not running. It'll run for a couple secs with started fluid, seems to not be get fuel and fuel is leaking a little out of fuel pump.
