I would like to add additional LED light fixtures to my tractor (GT14) this year, in addition to the anemic 1154 replacement bulbs I'm using in the headlights now. They're a slight improvement over stock but I'd like some more brightness. For anyone who's added additional LED fixtures to your machine, how many watts total are they? Are you happy with them? ebinmaine 67,439 #2 Posted November 16, 2023 On my 75 C160 Automatic I have two custom headlights built with little flat inserts. Either @kpinnc or @Horse Newbie tossed that idea at me. Beside those on magnetic mounts I have two 4" round lamps. Those aim at the side angles while plowing. On the rear I have a 6-wide LED by Grote. I use two magnetic mount LED amber flashing lights as well. One mounted on each rear fender corner. I also have two ¾" red LED marker lights from a semi on the front of the frame at the sides. I put those on just for aesthetics in the first place and it turns out they add a fair amount of red light around the front axle area. As a "rule of thumb", an LED lamp will draw about ¼ the amperage of an equivalent light output incandescent lamp. You can festoon your tractor!
