You were born on this day in a small Tavern, so hoist a cold one and drink to all the Marines that have gone before us to stand on the yellow footprints that didn’t make it home, to those serving now in our Corps, to those who will hear the future call of cadence and finally to those of us that once wore the eagle globe and anchor that are still here.
