Of my personal collection I have more WH than other brands.  Of other brands I have Deeres, a Bolens, Panzers, Baird Beavers and they are the ugliest tractors made.  A Spirit of 76 IH. I've sold off a few.  In my collection with Brandon we have a Mayrath, a few Indy used Craftsman, Deeres, lots of ugly Baird Beavers, some Strucks, Simplicities, Amigo, we have way too many.  My dream tractor would be the Jeep Trac that Wheel Horse AMC made.  I think only 7 were produced.

My 1964 model 854. :) Had it over 10 years now, she's a keeper.

1987 Toro 832 RER, a great machine! I bought it about 8 years ago mainly for its bagger, for autumn leaf pickup, but I also mow with it.

And my newest machine, my new primary mower, a 2011 Snapper RER. Bought it this past summer, I love it! :)

I have a pair of John Deere 20s.   One with a diesel conversion the other with a honda conversion.    I use one for mowing and one for work.

I’ve sold off a big part of my collection, still have 4 or 5 Wheel Horses, but no other garden tractors besides a Choremaster Model B that is currently disassembled in the back of the barn.

Sold off several of the farm tractors as well, we still have 2 Farmall Ms (1951 and 1952) a 1949 Farmall C, a 1940 Farmall A, and what I believe to be a 1957 International Cub LoBoy. All of which are projects except for the C, which is our main worker around the farm

Besides my Wheel Horse C160, I have a 1966 Cub Cadet 123, a 1981 Speedex 1631, and a 2009 Craftsman PGT 9000. I used to also have a 1994 Craftsman GT 6000, but I sold that to an energetic young man that wanted to mow yards.... made an investment in him.......cut him a wayyyyyy good deal. It was worth it..... he is 20-somthing now, still mowing yards, doing fiberglass repair, and paid CASH for a new truck recently.

My 517-H Frankenstein tractor has the Kohler K17 twin on it - I got this as a bare engine. When I went to do an initial run test on it with nothing wired, all I had to do was take a battery, ground to frame, one positive jumper to the coil, and then hit the starter with another (heavy) jumper. If you're not sure about gas flow from the tank or fuel pump, best to hook up an IV with gas in it.

We bought this back in 2021, mainly to mow another property we have (instead of chasing a push mower around).  This thing mulches great, but leaves the lawn looking terrible.  I like to use it especially in the fall, it pulverizes leaves so it's great for that.

2065281859_2021-04-2418_35_14.jpg.9258322930a1c5c7ed56c0bad33efa81.jpg

This (below) was given to us because the person that wanted to get rid of it said the transmission was junk.  I quizzed the owner on this extensively before he left it and was assured the transmission was bad.  I didn't know if I was going to just take it to a salvage yard, or strip it for parts.  After looking it over I found a bad pulley on its transmissions drive belt, so I replaced the pulley, cleaned it up and have been using it since.  This mows a lot better than the rider so I've been happier and blessed to have it!  It's kind of an interesting machine, before we've had this, I hadn't heard of a Kohler 20hp single cylinder!  The property we use this on is in terrible shape, the soil is mostly sand and very rough so I'm glad to use these yellow machines instead of ruining my :wh:'s on it!

IMG_3800.JPG.900a45eaabfb3cceffd9c8dadc203eb6.JPG

We bought this mainly for snow clean up (it also has a 4 way plow), but it works good to get wood too!  This was also to take some of the burden of plowing with our '79 Jeep CJ-5 w/plow, which is getting tired..
