Well I bought my first wheel horse Work horse 1848 just a few weeks ago. I can't tell you how much I enjoy it. We live on a little over 2 acres and have been using a cub cadet ltx1046 for all ground duties on the property. Got the wheel horse and what a difference. Anyway there is an older one locally for sale does not run but no mention on model. Was wondering if you all could help? I really enjoy wrenching on these machines so I sure even with an engine swap I could get it going.

That’s a GT-14. Appears to have quite the push bar up front..and I see a car with no reg plates. Is it at a repair/garage and was used to move dead cars?

Looks like a 1969 GT-14.  For $ 2300 you best grab it. Non running won't give you the opportunity to check out the transmission but at that price you cant go wrong. The ignition is probably a breakerless system but can be converted to battery ignition with points and a coil quite easily.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah it's a big push bar it's at a local body shop. $200 good deal? I'm sure I could get it for a little less.

Yes!  Get that!  Great deal.  The cheapest GT14 I've ever gotten was $250.  Nice tractor!
