Dreamcatcher 102 #1 Posted November 6, 2023 (edited) Good Morning, My tractors are in need of fresh batteries. I've never seen these types of terminals on batteries before. I rarely buy anything from TSC at all because around here they run a little more money than most places. Wally world batteries seem to treat people just fine. Not smart to buy a battery with a one year warranty that is already 6 months old from sitting on a shelf...... Got into a "tinkle-fest" at my local TSC over their "first in, first out" policy. I asked the clerk if she checked the dates on milk and other perishable items... She replied that she did. SAME THING with a battery...... lynnmor 7,307 #8 Posted November 6, 2023 East Penn makes a lot of brands, try to find one from them. I always stay well above 300 CCA, typically 340 to 350. Look at the code date sticker and don't buy one that is more than a few months old, discharged batteries will have a shorter life.
