Like it or not, the weather is changing!  It’s hard to be positive, but I doubt it’ll stick any time soon.  Regardless, it’s October and this is our first snow of the season!

Yup, time to get the ol' girls out of their Summer attire and get ready for the Winter Dance.... They've got to be four season workers here to earn a spot in the garage......

We had a little flurry of snow here around noon today. A flurry of fat fluffy flakes formed, floating freely ....  well, that started out a bit "poetic" but I stalled and didn't know where to take it from there. :laughing-rolling:

That's about what I was thinking.

We had some sleet here in the southern foothills of the White Mountains yesterday.

Mt Washington has already seen a couple usable snow falls.

Gonna need to mow again this week once the rain stops. Definitely colder than last week with predicted overnights temperatures in the mid to upper 20s. Looks like Indian summer is over. No snow yet.

Here just one day little colder  0,5*C

I heared it in the news, but don‘t care about - season is changing that simple....

Next morning after Rain a 1cm thick iceplate on the Windshield....

.... dang - forgot to protect the Windshield....

I hate ice scraping, time to use again the frost protect foil on the Windshield.

Expecting snow tonight in northeast Ohio. Possible 2-4" in snow belt. Of course I live in the primary snowbelt. I was planning on doing driveway markers, installing winter/snow tires, & putting plow on 654 this weekend......

Yeah, better when it's cool for Halloween - wouldn't want you sweating in your Barney the Purple Dinosaur suit!
