Just wanted to let you all know I'm still around .

Been pretty far away from the tractor game for a while but wanted to bring you all up to speed :

Picked up a new wheeler ( my 1st brand new one ) last season .

Outlander 850 . took it home and started ripping it apart .

Kenda Bearclaw HTR's

Elkas

Tune

HMF Q series pipe

A few other mods

And i found this 1977 Everest E in a storage trailer and figured it would make a nice project .

The innards on that carb look pretty similar to the carb that was on the 1973 Triumph Spitfire I had a long tome ago.  I think it was a Stromberg SU.

Next order of business was the skis . they were run without carbides ( wear-bars / skags etc... ) causing almost the entire keel to be destroyed .

Repop skis are pretty hard to come by but I did find a pair of NOS skis for sale in Minnesota .

There's no challenge in bolting on a different set so , let's try to fix these with what we have laying around in the garage ....

Here are some  pics  :

Become a supporter and you can post as many pictures as you want. Plus it helps keep the lights on. For what it costs, it's more than worth it.
