Handy Don 12,211 #5 Posted September 26, 2023 Definitely a bellow with the pipes tuned to create four different notes. The rope pulls the bellows to force air out the pipes. Railroading application? Maybe for a caboose or other unit that didn’t have steam or compressed air for a whistle?

8ntruck 6,998 #13 Posted September 26, 2023 Think I need to find one and mount it on our pontoon. Would be easier than making a small boiler to run a steam whistle. 2
