BairleaFarm 340 #1 Posted September 21, 2023 I'm not familiar enough on the gt14 to tell but has this be stretched before or after the front axle? I'm awaiting a response from seller as I'm interested in buying this.

19richie66 17,498 #5 Posted September 21, 2023 It looks like they installed the twin and then made a bracket to mount on the front of the frame for the grille/tank. Lengthened the top brackets. I don’t believe the frame has been stretched.

I say one years ago here and loved it then as much as i love the idea now.
Handy Don 12,125 #7 Posted September 21, 2023 Definitely stretched to accommodate the fuel tank. It’s been converted to run on LPG or propane. The Kohler twin (17?) has replaced the original one-cylinder Kohler. The bigger displacement engine might have offset LPG and propane’s lesser oomph (sorry for the technical terminology) as fuel. This has the factory fuel tank and runs off gas. that regulator is just sitting on top of it. 2

Thanks - id be interested in seeing some details of the undercarriage. of course I should probably buy this one 1st. Seller got back with my and said he doesn't have the hood and it is a running driving GT. Offer sent so we will see if he accepts it. If so maybe I can pick it up tomorrow, The more I look at it the more I like it stretched.

hcminis 1,555 #14 Posted September 28, 2023 As everyone has mentioned above, that definitely has been stretched to accommodate the twin engine. Yes, I own the BIG GT14 now. I have done a lot of upgrades to it since owning it. Here is a link to my YouTube Channel. There are a few other videos besides the one in my post. I have owned three total 4x4 built by Bob Rock. Now only have two. YouTube Channel Wheel_Horse_GT16_4x4_Garden_Tractor.mp4 1 2
