Homemade Concord Wine

Here is what it looks liike when you draw it off the primary fermenter into the secondary fermenter...26 1/2 gallons  There is a lot of yeast and grape stuff in the bottle while it still works it's Specific Gravity down.  I need to re-rack in like 3 weeks to draw most of that off.  Not too long after that, it will look like the wine that is 2 years old next to it.  Takes 6 months to a year to be drinkable. :occasion-xmas:

I think I have always had some of my wine at the plow days Kevin.  Will have some there this year also Mate.  :orcs-cheers:

When I first met my wife we had dinner at her Mom's house. She was quite the character. I used the bathroom and went to dry my hands and noticed all of these purple towels. I asked, "What's up with all of the purple towels?" Her Mom answers,  " I made wine and put the bottles in the bottom of the towel cabinet and they blew up! ' :hilarious:
