Tonytoro416 1,034 #1 Posted August 21, 2023 Has anyone fitted an older 2 piece style seat on a newer tractor ? I have a 2 piece seat with arm rests that I think would be neat on my 416h. Don’t really want to comprise the seat or my fenders to do it but if it didn’t take a bunch of cutting and drilling I would go that route. If anyone has done this pictures are always appreciated lol. Thanks in advance fellers
Racinbob 11,062 #2 Posted August 21, 2023 It doesn't mount directly to the fender but to the flip up plate. If the holes don't line up you could just drill new holes if you don't mind.
oliver2-44 9,743 #3 Posted August 21, 2023 I put a flip up plate on a 312 and didn't have to drill any holes. i would think the fender pan on the 3,4,500 series is all the same.

They probably are. Most if not all had the flip up seat from 1976 on.
Tonytoro416 1,034 #5 Posted August 21, 2023 Thanks guys. I haven’t got the seat dug out and actually looked at what it would take. It was just an idea I thought of. I’m just not overly impressed with any replacement seat available honestly
