Micheal Cavallaro 0 #1 Posted August 21, 2023 i have recently replaced the motor on my 1057 from a Koler k241 to some sort of 8 to 10 horsepower craftsman and i did not take a picture of the wire on the bottom of the voltage regulator i Rember a is armature and f is field. but the wire on the bottom has no memory or idea where it goes so i watched every video i could and they coved most other parts except the bottom wire. i used this voltage regulator from i save tractors Voltage Regulator for Kohler K series and Briggs and Stratton with Starter Generator (isavetractors.com) if can help me thank you if you can't i will put a alternative charging system. pfrederi 17,734 #5 Posted August 21, 2023 If there is a terminal on the bottom it is the "A" and wire goes to A on the generator. Upper Terminals from left to right will be "L" load (for lighter/lights) "BAT" battery positive and "F" Field goes to F on the generator. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
